i have caller id and a answering machine and my wife was here, no one has ever returned a call so i will pm you again!

i have posted my problems and have called over and over its going on two months now so there is why i have an attitude

I have been trying to get someone to contact me and i have been calling the 425 number with no answer and leaving messages for days now , what am i to do ? return the machine to the adress it was shipped from and pray i get my refund, i dont even have a registration # for the machine or anything. i sent KENIMES a pm but no call. this is my last time askingfor your response , you have my number

it also spits the vinyl out the back like you just unlatched it or something

i paid someone to download the driver from the first page. it started to recognize the machine did the test cut and it worked great now all it will do when we put in the first design is cut one long cut at a angle across the vinyl which i am wasting alot lot of on this cutter, if i put in something real small it worked , but i put in a real big cut and it dont work !!!! so now my customers for the last 6 weeks have gone else where! 573-543-5030 please help-

i just bought a copam 2500 and to use with vinyl master pro software that my brother is good with . he spent all day trying to get the copam to comunicate with the computer but no luck ,even tried sign blazer. i was told this would work by uscutter on the phone without having hook up to the internet or down loading anything, now i have been calling and no response from anyone so should i take my shipping loss and return it or is someone going to help us out here? i need to letter 5 racecars by saturday and now thats going to be impossible. someone please help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
