It must be bundled with manual. But you may also chat me at my yahoo messenger for any support.

You may want to use CorelDraw. I can give you.

It is really on knife offset adjustment.

I have used Flexi and Corel for cutting and it is actually either "knife offset" or "blade offset" and I am using Creation cutter "CTO330, CTO630, CTO1200, CS630" to be specific and I used flexistarter of different version. I am using 0.011 or 0.016 (default is 0.020) for flexi as its knife offset and used 0.45 or 0.5 (default is 0.38) for its blade offset for CorelDraw for Creation has plug-in for coreldraw. Small uncut part means offset is too low or lower (referred on manual). But you may noticed Setting on flexi, I decreased its offset. You just have to adjust it depending on its outcome.

Try to call the person or the one who supplied that to you. They have access on SAi administrative log-in. They would be able to know the password just give them your 6 digit user id/number.

No need to import or export, try COPY from corel then paste it on Flexi better if you make HAIRLINE first before copying.

How to make an offset or outline of text in Corel?
ehmsodef replied to txpatrol's topic in Corel Draw
Contour will really do, if you are only need the outline to be cut, it will actually no difference. Maybe do not use "Break contour group apart". Cut the same image with the same outline on different color. -
I am also new in cutting, but as I have experienced about your problem, it maybe something to do with the software. Try to change or adjust your blade or knife offset for fully closed cut. We can not also set aside the fact that it may a hardware problem, like mother board problem. Mother board problem might cause of unable of applying maintenance like cleaning at least once or twice a month because of dust. Falling or unwanted shakes on machine. Might also have problem on its belt, maybe it was misaligned, better calibrate it.
