If your going to just cut one color at a time how do you reposition to cut the rest this is a stencil for a paint job? Also, if i cut the black in the file then when i go cut the numbers then there will be cuts where the numbers are and is my delema now.

I'm sending the files for anyone that wants to look at them to see if you can help. The files of a castle with text overlay. When i go to cut i pick all the colors but when it cuts it cuts the back ground first and then the text. This makes it so you can't weed out the text. So what am i doing wrong? I have a US Cutter MH365 and i cut alot of Avery paint mask for my custom paint business. I wanted to know if there is a better knife blade to cut this heavy film other that the blades that came with the machine?

i had drew a logo scanned it, vectorized it, cleaned it up and then added text (specifically TM for the trade mark). when i tell it to cut the text doesn't show up in the view screen before cutting. I didn't think much of it at the time till i cut it out and the TM didn't show up. all my images for this paint project all have scanned images with text added. what am i doing wrong?

but can i adjust the shadow from side to side?

can i transfer a file from work perfect to signblazer to cut out letters. I used the shawdow tool but the light source of the shadow is going the wrong way. can i change which way the shawdow is positioned such as putting a word on one door and then putting the same word on the other door on the opposite side with the shadow doing the other way?

What is inkscape is it part of the program or another program?

all you need to do is type National Guard in the Impact font type then outline it. are you saying just ues the draw tool to do it?

I use my sign cutter strickly for stencil mask off for my kustom painting buisness. I plan cutom painting a mail box for my neighbor and he is in the National Guard. He is always giving me things that he gets at the aromory of Dale JR's because he knows we are big fans so i thought i would do the favor and paint him a mailbox of his unit and paint the same way lettering is on Dale JR's National Guard car. The lettering on the hood of the car is out lined like pinstriping all the way around each letter. Is there a way to do this with Sign Blazer?

I drew out the lettering that i wanted scanned it and cleaned up the best i could in paint. imported into signblazer and i did a test cut to see where i was at. i have some rounded corners that are suppose to be sharp and some of the lines are not the right angle. i know what the angles are but when i hit the angle adjustment it tells me that i have to have two nodes to do this. well how do you highlight to nodes at the same time? how do i square the corners? I expect to see just nodes in each corner so i have remove the one in between because they are all straight lines when i remove the in between nodes the line becomes a arc that is why i just want to punch in the angles.

I have uninstalled it before and i hadn't really paid much attention if i had any programs open or not but if that creates a problem i won't let it happen again. If i have any more problems i will let you know & thanks for the help.

I haven't used the program yet today and i never wrote down the error message. sorry about that. My operating system windows xp. I have 1gigebite of ram.

Why does my Sign Blazer program keep throwing error messages and telling me that it needs to shut down? It happens quite often when i'm just doing general work and i'm not doing any cutting at the time.
