I created the attached in AI and I am getting a double cut around each line in the lettering and inside the weights. How do I the lines to only cut once and not double cut? Thanks fourthsyde - did you just re-trace? Any idea how I keep the lines from cutting twice on my initial layout in AI or do I just need to do a trace after I'm done?

Oracal makes a Stencil Film (Oracal 813) that is made specifically for masking a surface to be painted. It has low tack, water based adheasive to make it easy to remove. I see they carry this at Signwarehouse but only in 15", 20" and 24" rolls. Steve - hheaglepub
