    The Perfect Circle

I am using corel x4, rstones macro, us cutter mh721 and Signblazer to cut. When I cut out a template my circles have a hanging tab in each one. They do not weed proplerly. Is there a way to do an overcut in the program so the circle will complete. When I use the 25 mil template material not all circles are round some are oval. Any suggestions on either problem would be greatly appreciated. I am so frustrated with the cutter some will cut and then some won't. Thank You! Deb

    Cutting a perfect Circle

I have a MH721 cutter and SB. All my circles have little tabs in them. I am making rhinestone templates. So circles are important. In other programs there is an overcut but I cannot find anything like this is SB. Can anyone tell me what it is or help? Anything would greatly be appreciated. I am having to weed each hole instead of it coming out on its own. I have a blade offset of 50 and using a 60 degree blade. Thanks Debbie DnR Custom Apparel

Need Help Making the Perfect Circle

Sorry, I have corel draw x4 and using rmacro for rhinestones and sign blazer for the cutter. I have looked all through sb for something called and overcut but cannot find anything.
  4. Hi Everyone, I am a rhinestoner and using the MH721. I am having issues cutting a round circle. I have read on the forums about blade degree (60) blade offset (30) and am still not having any luck. It's leaving little tabs and some circles are oval instead of round. I am using the green template material. Any suggestions would be helpful. I am an embroiderer, screen printer and just adding stones to the list. Vinyl will also be in the future if I can figure out the program and cutter. Thanks Debbie DnR Custom Apparel
