I have been using my machine for a few month, it definitely has it quirks. I also have a small roland that while is amazing is also not a versatile. This week i ordered some more siser easy weed, put the roll on the roller and pulled to load. I heard the sound of static then the sound of the blade being pulled into the downward cutting position. Since then when ever power is turned on the machine pulls down the blade 100% of the time. When power is turned off the blade rises again. This has made my machine unusable. I would like to know what its going to take to fix the machine, i have sent email and talked to the live chat and have either been given the run around or sent no reply. someone please help...
