Hi all, I just downloaded some AI Files (assuming Adobe illustrator) is there a way to convert these to EPS without having Adobe? I'm using Flexi 8.5 and they can't be imported. Any suggestions are appreciated. Thanks.

They really look good. I have some questions that others might be interested in also. I'm thinking of giving this a try. The Krylon website say it's fully cured after 7 days. Did you wait that long before applying the app-tape? One coat or two? Which type of app-tape did you use? Low tack I imagine, AT-60? What type of vinyl?

Hi, I need some help in locating another supplier of custom reflective aluminum sign blanks. I have search google and found one, Aluma panel, but I need another just to compare the prices. I need 13 blanks, 2 sizes, with customs punched holes. The customer paid upfront @ the aluma panel price, but if I could save him some cash it would be nice. Trying to generate good customer relations. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks, Peabody

I have done a lot of looking (google) and can't seem to locate another vendor that can do what I need, local or otherwise. The thickness of the DOT sign blanks is .080, real thick. I was hoping to find another vendor with a wider range of gauges. I don't like getting just one price for something, it gives me room to negotiate the price. Thanks

What brand vinyl is it? Thats not Oracal, is it?

http://www.cvsignsupplies.com they have some of the lowest prices I've seen. I order from Sign Warehouse and I toldl them I found it cheaper. They usually knock off another 10%. Mention fellers has free shipping for orders over $75 ans SW will include free shipping. I just order some 24x50 Black and got it for approx. $135 and free shipping. Everything is negotiable. Except the prices for my sign work.

Oracal 651 mostly - 751 is great - real easy to weed - Just did some experiments with a free roll of Arlon. I must say it weeded like the 751.

Well, I finally received a reply and they are suppose to send me some of their vinyl for evaluation. Real nice people and accommodating. When it (if) gets here I'll let you know. Watching for the UPS man. Thanks for the suggestion to send another email.

Terry, Thanks, clean up is no problem. I can use it but am going to keep looking. I need some thing a little more intimidating. These are for warning signs for a high security area and will be used on white reflective aluminum blanks. Thanks MR. P

I keep the basic colors in stock and order other colors as needed. You don't have to tell the customer that you need to order it. Add in those shipping days into the delivery time of the decals. If it will take 3 days to get the vinyl, tell them you'll have the decals ready in 4 or 5. I just order some vinyl from Signwarehouse and needed some gray (076) and a few other things I needed. I bargained with them on the price. Try looking on the web for lower prices and call SW and say I can get this for this price and ask them what can you do for me. Maybe free shipping or a some kind of discount on the vinyl, 10% maybe. Every thing is negotiable, 10% is better than nothing.
