I saw a thread on another forum (http://www.signs101.com/forums/archive/index.php/t-30183.html). The guy bought some magnets from SW and they ended up messing up the guy's paint job. I think they were the Endura brand. You might want to check it out first, better safe than sorry. Peabody

This is why women should not take men shopping against their will.

Got this from a friend of mine and thought it worthy of posting. If you need a good laugh read on. After I retired, my wife insisted that I accompany her on her trips to Wal-Mart. Unfortunately, like most men, I found shopping boring and preferred to get in and get out. Equally unfortunately, my wife is like most women - - she loved to browse. Yesterday my dear wife received the following letter from the local Wal-Mart. Dear Mrs. Samsel, Over the past six months, your husband has been causing quite a commotion in our store. We cannot tolerate this behavior and have been forced to ban both of you from the store. Our complaints against Mr. Samsel are listed below and are documented by our video surveillance cameras. 1. June 15: Took 24 boxes of condoms and randomly put them in people's carts when they weren't looking. 2 . July 2: Set all the alarm clocks in House wares to go off at 5-minute intervals. 3. July 7: Made a trail of tomato juice on the floor leading to the women's restroom. 4. July 19: Walked up to an employee and told her in an official voice, 'Code 3 in House wares. Get on it right away.' 5. August 4: Went to the Service Desk and tried to put a bag of M&M's on layaway. 6. August 14: Moved a 'CAUTION - WET FLOOR' sign to a carpeted area. 7. August 15: Set up a tent in the camping department and told other shoppers he'd invite them in if they would bring pillows and blankets from the bedding department. 8. August 23: When a clerk asked if they could help him he began crying and screamed, 'Why can't you people just leave me alone?' 9. September 4: Looked right into the security camera and used it as a mirror while he picked his nose. 10. September 10: While handling guns in the hunting department, he asked the clerk where the antidepressants were. 11. October 3: Darted around the store suspiciously while loudly humming the ' Mission Impossible' theme. 12. October 6: In the auto department, he practiced his 'Madonna look' by using different sizes of funnels. 13. October 18: Hid in a clothing rack and when people browsed through, yelled 'PICK ME! PICK ME!' 14. October 21: When an announcement came over the loud speaker, he assumed a fetal position and screamed 'OH NO! IT'S THOSE VOICES AGAIN!' And last, but not least 15. October 23: Went into a fitting room, shut the door, waited awhile, then yelled very loudly, 'Hey! There's no toilet paper in here!' Regards, Tom Richards Wal-Mart Manager -

No I'm not a student, did some college level teaching a long time ago. I know some friends are taking business classes. I'm sure I can find a manual somewhere. Even if I bought something like Corel for dummies (fits me), that would work. Anyone else know anything about the student edition? Thanks Knucklehead. Peabody

I originally had a Western Digital and it failed on me, big time. I currently have a Mybookworld, 1 TB drive. The MoNEt software connects my laptop and desktop alone with my printers. Nothing but a good experience with this drive & software. Peabody

Thanks! -
I like the simplicity. Not a lot of flash and confusion. Looks easy to navigate.

Hi All, I was in Walmart yesterday, God I hate that place. Anyway I was looking for Tum's for my dog. Anyway I was looking at the signs trying to find the right aisle and this is what I found. I didn't know they were for sale!

It just makes wonder what people are thinking or how many people really noticed. Nothing like the unexpected to brighten the day. Peabody

Really impressive! I would love to see a video of the cutter doing it's thing.

No not a full time gig - yet. Want it to be. All the equipment except the vinyl cutter was given to me by the CEO of the company I work for (all new). I own 5% of the company. I'm just waiting for the 5% to pay off, then I'll have the printer/cutter and laminator I really want. In the mean time still learning and doing side work. By the way, thanks for the information, much appreciated. Peabody

Hi, I've been doing some searching and have found a software called CASmate. I view a demo of Flexi and it was used to trace a bitmap. I did a google search and found a lot of references to cracked down load, etc. (Not my thing). But I was wondering if anyone has used it, is their a demo version or has any information on the program. Any information is appreciated. Thanks, Peabody

Update - Called Flexi to try and find out more. Well Since I'm using the "Expert" (lol) version I would need to upgrade at a cost of $1700.00 After I got done laughing, I thanked them for their time. Vector magic is only $295 for the desktop equivalent (maybe better) So, got my answer. $1700, yea right. Peabody
