Look at it in wire frame view and you'll see why you have extra lines.

Hey Cutme, I like the design also, I'll probably look at it again and clean it up and cut some decals. Don't forget to post a pic of the shirts when you get them done. I'd like to see them. Peabody

It looked ok in Corel, I think I should have compounded it before exporting it to EPS. Still learning Corel. I wasn't quite clear on what you wanted. My interpertation was that you want the lines to be single lines.

I used Corel - Imported it and converted it to a bitmap - Then did an outline trace using the center-line trace option - Exported it as a EPS. 5 Min. to do in Corel. Glad it worked.
