Many Many thanks for your reply... Please forgive my ignorance and I am sorry I am kinda dopey when it comes to tech stuff, and what cable are called . Am I right in thinking your on about the lead from the pc tower to the cutter.. If yes ,then my PC wont even download the disc that came with it... what on earth am I doing wrong ? lol

Very Warm Greetings My name is Amanda from West Wales UK . I run my own small Temporary Airbrush Tattoo business , mainly based at Holiday Parks by the Coast. I thought I would take a chance and buy a second hand Vinyl Cutter from Ebay. I would use this to make my own stencils as it can be costly to source a specific design and keep up with the latest craze.So this is what I did. Well my pre owned ROHS JK871 arrived a few days ago , no instructions, a copy of the installation cdrom [all scratched and not the factory one , never said this in listing ]and a few copied Vector logo's cdrom. 2 days later and I am pulling my hair out ! The installation cdrom will not upload on my windows xp pc, I have treid it on my daughters laptop,[ Vista ] no joy also, I have contacted 2 Chinease company's to see if they sell the CDROM. I have not heard anything back... I do not know what to do.... Can anybody advice me please ? before I have a meltdown !!!! Many thanks Amanda
