  1. WOW!!! That washer fluid in the mix sure got a lot of attention ASAP. Banner, you chimed in before I could dig up  your quote from an earlier post! None the less I'm having probs w/no solutions of my own.

Thanks to all who have responded so far.

like me & bannerjohn said, are you rolling the banner vinyl in?? that would cause this

  2. May seem like a no brainer but make sure you get rid of as much excess app tape before you apply. A few extra inches of tape makes it a LOT harder to get all the fluid squeegeed out.

And nukleon, you can use the clear in a pinch, you just need some time and a good arm.  I thought the same thing until I ran out of paper app tape and tried it with clear.

  3. I've had this problem with certain types of ai files when they are in the same folder. Try moving the ai files into a seperate folder or if they are copies of the eps you can just delete them.

  4. Ok Mader, I may have it here or I may be crazy. I've never had this problem or so I thought. I cut some test cuts and a square on a skew. Looked at it with magnifying glass and it is wavy just can't see it with the naked eye. I tried playing around to make it worse and I did it. Don't have a clue what the espeed is for, searched here and found nothing. But mine is set to +5 and never a problem. When I changed this espeed setting the waves became visible with naked eye. Again not a clue what it does but try changing yours and do some cuts. Couldn't hurt.
