the file you have is an opentype font. i don't think sign blazer supports opentype, it wouldn't work on mine either. i downloaded the truetype and it works fine http://dirt2.com/fonts/dirt2-soulstalker/

you can do it in inkscape http://inkscape.org/

i just imported it into sign blazer (it opened right up) and exported it as an .eps from sign blazer. I don't know about flexi, but my sb software will not import .eps files created in certain programs (adobe illustrator). don't know if that is your problem or not, but it looks like it might have been???

I like r-tape. specifically the clear choice. but clear choice is a low to medium tack, if you need high tack try the r-tape conform. i also use endura for some jobs (paper stuff you're talking about?) and don't care for it either, just have a huge roll and hate to waste it
