I included the EPS file that I am cutting in ATTACHMENT BUT, MY PROBLEM IS WHEN i CUT MY FILE IN SIGNBLAZER ELEMENTS ON MY REFINE MH1351 I CAN'T SEEM TO GET IT PROPORTIONATE TO CUT FOR MY BANNER. THE SIZE OF THE BANNER 34"x66" I need it to be proportionate to my banner what do i do. I learned how to rotate it longways cause the vinyl is only 24" s wide can anyone help with advice so I can cut the lettering the right size for my banner pptv_radio_banner_no_shadowBlack.eps pptv_radio_banner_no_shadowBlack.eps

I am doing a test cut with this graphic picture but it is coming out wrong when I cut it what am I doing wrong? The pictures are seriously what kind of output I get i'm bald so right now I feel like pulling the4 hair off my balls. I know I'm doing something wrong. I have the force of the blade set to 110g and the speed set to 24 inches and I will also include a picture of my blade. I think I dulled out the blade but, I have been reading people using the blade for 7-8 months. I know im doing something wrong. I am on a mission to learn this machine for fun and my business of advertising. I also have the same problems with a friend banner I have been trying to cut it doesn't cut correctly. What am I doing wrong? I can't even weed it correctly nor does it cut right so even if I could weed it. It just wouldn't look right. :- [move]HELP ME PLEASE LOL ![/move]

I am having problems with my cutter I have everything plugged in and the lcd screen is all black and when I push the buttons like test, offline/pause, setup and origin nothing is happening or lightting up. The screen seems dark. I also have tried to cut the test file and nothing seems to happen :notsure:

I think I tightened it to tight now I can't get it open to change the blades.

I am trying to help a friend I have the refine mh1351 I am trying to make a banner for a friend and I only want to use two colors on this and can't seem to figure out how to size it to the banner I have. He has a show tomorrow night and I am trying to help him make this by tonight. The banner is 34"x66" I need to make this banner two different colors which are red and black. Can someone help ! my friend uses a mac it wont work on my pc bbut the font name is "DIN BLA" I am trying to convert it into all black and white then convert it into EPS so maybe I can cut it into signblazer elements . Do you think it will work I am new to this?

is there anyway to puyt it into corel and change the colors to just black and white and make it vector. So I can just cut the two colors?

I got my new motherboard in and installed it last night been trying to figure this out all day and last night. I have the Refine MH1351 and been trying to read all the posts and been doing searchs. I am using my LPT1 and had the baud rate set on 9200 on both my computer and plotter. I had even set it lower to 4800 baud but nothing is happening. I had called the support line but is not taking messages nor can I get in touch with anyone been trying since morning time to find out what I am doing wrong here. I tried to do a test print but everything seems to freeze and nothing happens. I had opened my printer and noticed that the ribbon on the interior had been worn away on top exposing the copper wires. Ken how can I get in touch with you been trying since morning time. I had called 425-284-2282

Again Ken comes through smae human errors and a bit of learning this machine. Machines are told what to do we as humans must know how to instruct the machine. I think you again Ken great people at uscutter. I appreciate you dealing with my impatience

ok I just took out my lpt1 Cable and replaced it with my usb cable do I have to reinstall the usb driver in order for this to work.

Ok I finally got my mother board in my sign plotter tonight. I actually got it last thursday but I was leaving for tampa and I just got home last night. I've been finally waiting to get this thing in and get it working. I noticed both the ribbon wire's inside was kinda frayed and exposed copper probably from rubbing or the manufacturing company who installed everything not to careful who knows. Anyway I tried to test cut the test cut vector file proved with sign blazer and set the baud rate of both the cutter and computer to the same 9600 baud and I am using the LPT1 cause USB was not working. I am getting no response from my cutter does anyone know what I am doing wrong?

I have a G4 Mac I currently not using and looking to barter with anyone for a heat press or anything that has to do with with this type of forum any reasonable offers will be taken. It comes with tower, keyboard, and mouse. The only thing you would have to supply is the moniter.
