Yeah on that kinda stuff it's hard to avoid bubbles , I just poke em' with my knife at least get the bigger ones less visible , they always work their way out

Customer wanted it to match what was already on the front, (kind weird huh, half grey?)

Something I did a while back, matches perfect with the logo on the front 1/4 panel.

(the ram was half grey)

You cant cut copyrighted material.

You can however contact Chevy, Ford, or whomever and ask for written permission to replicate these images.

Might want to charge you for letting you cut them as well.
