All of a sudden I am unable to import .ai files into Flexi. has anyone had this issue and know of a work around here is an example of what I am trying to import. Thanks Mike

yeah as I created the file in illustrator before I zipped it I need to make this for an entire team that is just one I also have a Batter and Ball version. -Mike

Not sure if anyone else has ran into problems with installing Flexi8mac Starter 8.5v2 on Snow Leopard 10.6.2 Towards the end of the install I got these errors several times. System extension cannot be used The system extension "/System/Library/Extensions/Sentinel.kext" was installed improperly and cannot be used. Please try reinstalling it, or contact the products vendor for an update. and System extension cannot be used The system extension "/System/Library/Extensions/SNTLClassicNotSeizeDriver.kext" was installed improperly and cannot be used. Please try reinstalling it, or contact the products vendor for an update. This was resulting in the license dongle not initiating preventing Flexi from running. to resolve this I located newer drivers for the SafeNet Sentinel USB Dongle from safenet-inc.com. You can download them here http://www.safenet-inc.com/Support_and_Downloads/Download_Drivers/Sentinel_Drivers.aspx Hope the helps to keep someone else from pulling there hair out. -Mike

How do I take two fonts and placed on top of each other and combine them as one object? I am trying to take Y and W placed on top of each other now I need to combine them into one object for cutting. hehe Haven't been on that tab in awhile forgot that was there, auto weld was allready checked. everything is cutting correctly . Thanks for your help -Mike

I use Flexi Starter for Mac and don't think there is a Weld option in this version. I have been using convert to outlines and that seems to give me the effect I need. Thanks again -Mike

Hello, I just assembled the stand and secured the Cutter. I am left with four metal rods for the canvas I know these rods insert through the holes in the legs but what goes through the canvas to the rods. I think something is missing so can someone tell me if I am correct or if I have done something wrong Thanks Mike

Does anyone know why this font shows up as a small square in SB and in word? it looks like I didn't get the sleeves. I have the 4 rods with the 90-degree bends and thats it. is there a part number for these so I know what to request? Thanks Mike
