    Help with business logo

Not sure if my first email went through or not. Do you think you could take the logo and draw it so that the text is cut out within the maroon colored layout. Our background will always be white, therefore the cut outs in the maroon will show white letters. Also, there is a small bar that runs on top and to the side of the top rectangle portion of the logo, can will fill that in and not cut it out. I would greatly appreciate it. Thanks again for the original.
  2. I have a PCUT 630 that starts cutting at a great depth but by the time it reaches X axis 35-45 it cuts way to deep. Is my cutting strip installed incorrectly or is this typical? I run my finger down the cutting strip from left to right and I notice its uneven (wavey). Do I need to remove the cutting strip and install a new one? Ive tried to push it down in areas where it seems to be raised by it does not help. Any ideas???
  3. I'll try it as well. Thanks

  6. We are having the same exact problem. We adjusted our blade by adjusting how deep the blade holder sits inside the carrier and tightening it using the thumb screw at the desired height. This is crazy because we need to be able to adjust it in micrometer increments. Just more precise. Still, the left side cuts all the way threw both layer including the backing on the left and on the right cuts just the vinyl (perfect) but only by place two strips of vinyl on the cutting strip (right side only). Down pressure 135 and speed 40. We cant figure this thing out. We have already wasted probably 50 ft. of vinyl testing this thing.
  7. I am having nothing but problems with the cutter. Uneven cutting, blade holder all screwed up....cuts deep on the left and shallow on the right when looking from the finish cut side. This makes it very difficult to adjust the blade. The diagram in the book is no help as our holder looks nothing like it. We have a PCUT 630. Maybe someone has some suggestions besides band aides. Thanks

    Help with business logo

I tried to vectorize my business logo and did just fine. I save it as a svg. and esp. logo however when I imported it into SignBlazer it was distorted and the lines were broken with terrible edges. Can someone help me with this? Or should I try vectorizing different. Thanks
