I have a firiend that wants the cavaliers logo cut into paint mask. He is going to use it to paint on his wall. I have the logo in color eps. I need to cut the entire logo on paint mask not in seperate colors. Can someone give me an idea on how to make this in one cut? Here is the logo.

Thanks for the help. I apprecaite it.
-
Yes, but i need it to cut in one piece. Not in seprate peices, maybe there is not a way to do this. I thought it might be able to be done. thanks
-
Thanks for the help, but when you look at the nodes it does not split everything to be cut. The balck with the cavaliers blends with the black on the ball and does not seperate.

That is your workspace setup and NOT your cuting set up. From you workspace, go to Cutter. Then look for Setup. There are 2 setups, here, one for cutter and one for print so be sure you pick the one for the cutter. It is where you can set your blade offset. Thanks, that was where it was set to 62.99". I never cut one this long, so i never noticed that before. Thanks for the help, i was pulling my hair out. lol
-
Your problem is not in this area it is in the cutter set up. That is what i dont understan. It says tile size 62.99x15.57.
-
Workspace is set at 24" x 155"
-
here is the screenshot. You can see where the red line is. It is splitting it in two.
-
96"X7" is the sign. I am using 24" vinyl
-
I am using SignBlazer. I have increased the border. When i goto cut, it wants to cut two tiles, instead of cutting in one full run. It splits the graphic.

My girlfriend and I were sitting in a bar here in pa. In walks 2 guys in suits, looking around as if they were looking for someone. We all wondered what was going on. All the sudden 30 press people came in with cameras. Next Barack Obama walked through the door. He and Casey got a glass of Yuengling beer and sat down. They drank 1/4 of their beer and walked over to us and started talking. Here is the picture he took with us.

I have tried 2 different types of laser transfers. Followed directions on both and the shirts still crack after i wash them. I dont want to sell any to anyone due to this issue. Anyone know of a good laser printer transfer out there? thanks
-
Yes, I tried it on the 50/50 shirt. It is much better. I spoke to the paperanch about image clip, he is sending me some samples to try. He said that it usually does not work well with HP printers due to fuser temperature. I do warranty work for HP on all lasers. I told him there are some ways to adjust things through the control panel in service mode. He wants me to try some out, see what i come up with after i make adjustments. He wants me to call him and give him feedback on what i have done and how it turned out. I hope it works, I like the idea of not having to cut things out everytime. I thank you for all your help, the shirts made a big difference. Gregg

Thanks for the help. Sorry i did not see the other threasd :-

Sheila, Thanks for the help I will try one tonight. Have you ever used the PHOTO-TRANS
-
I have been using 100% cotton. I didnt want to ruin a good t-shirts that are 50/50. Guess i should give them a try?
-
Photos and other things. I am using a HP color laserjet 3700n. thanks
-
I have used technic-print and one from Joto. I followed the directions exactly as stated. I have the pressure on my press set as high as i can go for pressure. I have the printer set to exact specifications they require. I have washed them inside out and on cool temperature. Only on light t-shirts

It is tough to compete with the big guys. They have nice catalogs and garuntee 5 day turn arounds usually. It takes money to get these really big accounts doing 1500 shirts or more for their workers. My sister works for a company like this and she does the purchasing. They have their logo on their shirts in front and large one on the back. They are getting them done for $6.00 a shirt. No thanks, not worth my time of only making a pennies per shirt. Just my .02
