I've laid out text for a banner using Signblazer. It looks fine until I go to the cutting stage. When I click on cutter, it is automatically left justifing everything. I cut a banner earlier today, and it wasn't doing this. I haven't knowingly clicked on anything to make this change. Any ideas on what could be wrong? Thanks.

I just checked one of the Pittsburgh Corning blocks. The hole is 1 3/8 inches.

Pittsburgh Corning also makes them as "Specialty items" in their thin line series. I found a glass block distributor (sells to contractors, etc.) locally that will sell them a case at a time. I haven't bought any for a year or so, but they were running about $5.65 wholesale (picked up) through them. They have the molded slot and the rubber plug included.

Love the way they look. Want to do one for myself. I don't have the equipment to do the blasting. Any idea what it would run to have somebody do that part of the job?

I need to sandblast a stone memorial for a friend. I've never tried this before. It will blasted into a piece of sandstone about 12" x 18". Has anybody used 651 for the masking? Will it hold up okay? When you paint the letters, do you do it before or after you remove the mask? Do you seal it when it's done? Any info would be appreciated. Thanks.

Here it varies from town to town. You might check with the local codes division.

Without DC, PayPal will refund if the buyer claims they didn't get it. It's a well know loophole that some buyers use to get free merchandise. Many years ago I had a buyer make a purchase, leave glowing feedback, then a week later claim they didn't get it. PayPal refunded. Last time I shipped without DC.

Don't know if this applies to you, but I saw it on another site. One of the latest Ghostscript downloads is a GPL Ghostscript, instead of AFPL and won't work for your needs. At least that's what they were discussing, I have no idea. You might check and see what you downloaded.

I haven't been able to find any that wouldn't cost me more than I could sell them for. If you can use a football shape, PM me and I can give you a source. They wholesale for 50 cents each (in volume) and come in a reseable hanger bag. I've had good luck selling them.

I was in Worldwide Liquidators today (formerly Cummin Tools). They had some really nice looking 18 x 18 inch ceramic tiles, a case of 10 for $12. These are bigger than I use, but the price was great if anybody uses them. You might check your local store.

Pittsburgh Corning also makes a glass block bank. It has a hole and rubber plug in the bottom, and a slot in the top. They are a bit more expensive, but are great sellers. Most companies that install glass block walls can order them for you.

Are you sure that's not a laminator? No heat press is required to matte pictures. I used one of those 20+ years ago. You used a photo matte board, a thin sheet of an adhesive and your photo. The press closed over the photo and melted the adhesive, sticking the photo to the matte.

Does anybody have any experience with static cling vinyl? I'm looking to lay some 651 onto static cling to make a temporary sign that can be reused. Anybody know anyone who sells or sends samples of static cling? I hate to buy a whole roll if it won't work for my purpose.

I've removed 631 off of painted sheetrock after 18 months with no problems.
