Hey guys, I am in Lexington. Never know who is on here.

I just completed a TV room for a friend. I got all of my designs from www.vector-logos.com I just searched for several different words like: film, movie, lucas, picture. I found a film reel with several frames of film coming off of it. I put 1 reel on each side of the TV. Inside each frame I put logos from ESPN, CBS, NBC, CBS, NBA, NFL and others. I have pics on my phone. I will try to get them off and post them here. Rob

How did you get this to open? I can't get it to open to be able to use it. Rob

I turned on cutter for first time and pressed test button on cutter. It attempted to cut a square. Had to adjust the pressure. Tried again. Square was cut. Now tried to send test from Sign Blazer and cutter never seems to recieve file. Now cutter display is showing squares across the top. No writing. No buttons work. While typing this, the cutter display went blank and cutter is making a knocking noise inside. Anyone got any ideas? Rob

Well I got the new power supply board. Now cutter will run, but I am now getting 8 black squares across the top of the display. Anybody got any ideas. Thanks, Rob

Ken, If I order the power supply and that does not fix the problem, where do we go from there. I do think it is the power suply board though. Second, on the USCUTTER page it does not list parts for the Laser Point. How do I order? Thanks, Rob

Ken, I have done as instructed by you, but still have a problem. I do not think it is the mother board. At least that is not the problem at this time. While apart, I plugged in the machine and turned it on. On the power supply board there is a red led and it is flashing as the knocking noise goes on. I think maybe a transformer on this board is faulty. The fan also pulses in sync with the knocking. It is like the transformer is pushing to much voltage and a relay or something keeps resetting. I don't think that the mother board was damaged, due to being able to run the test from the cutters control panel. I was able to see the readout until this particular problem started. Yes, the first time I could see the screen. I had to adjust the pressure to get the test square to cut. Now I get nothing but a clicking noise. When is clicks you can feel it in the rollers. Kind of like it is rolling forward 1/1000 of an inch at a time. Rob

I have powered down everything. Cutter and computer. Cutter head never even came near the red buttons when it cut the test square. I have checked the red buttons and neither of them are depressed. Still knocking. Rob
