The cutter only has maybe and hour of cutting time since new and its already having problems

It gets power but everything blinks and nothing comes up on the screen and the fans dont turn on or anything. It makes a cliking noise and the blade will click up and down

Still does the same thing

I put a new one in

The cutter is the 50" MH1351. I was using it when it stopped working

When I turn my cutter on all it will do is make a clicking noise and the lights and the screen blink but wont turn anything on.
