Greetings all...Happy New Year!! I purchased the 25" plotter a few months back and it worked perfectly for me. I just hooked it back up tonight to the same PC as I used originally, but I now have a new problem with it. I am using SignCut X2, and when I go to cut an image, the plotter will start feeding the paper through and it will not stop. The rollers continue to run forward until I either shut the machine off, or I reset it. If I do a test directly on the plotter, it will printcut fine. I have tried both serial and USB connectivity. Both methods give me the same problem. I uninstalled and reinstalled SignCut, but the problem continues. I am running Windows XP Sp2. I will dig around in the forums further, but if anyone has any ideas, it would be appreciated. Thanks, Adam

Greetings all, I just got my 2nd plotter yesterday, and after 30 minutes of setup, it is working like a charm. These forums were awesome for finding the tips and tricks for setup issues. I am still trying to figure out the Live Trace feature in Adobe. I cant seem to get it to do the trace outline properly yet. Would someone be able to trace the attached image out for me? It will be for airbrushing, hence the reason I only need the outline. Thanks, Adam
