In the file and onscreen (cut-preview), everything looks good and is connecting. We didn't have this problem at first, bought the machine about a month ago, but now there's a lot of screwups like that on just about everything we cut. The setup isn't with me so I can't do any testing now, but I will have to run over to where it's set up at and check on somethings. He just went to bed but said the over cut was set to something like 0.072 and not sure what the offset is. I know we had issues with the setting for cutting 7.5" in length then doing the next row at 7.5" (5 rows were 42" long) and about the 3rd or 4th set everything was way off, but that was due to paper shift from not being aligned right. (my bad)
I will try to get pics of some of the others but in those 2 you can see where things aren't connecting at all, or connecting in the wrong spots. I was thinking maybe it's because we bought the cheapest one, but I don't know. I will try to get more info on Monday or Sunday night after I drop off my kids. (Won't work when it's my weekend).
