  1. Attached is the graphic I am trying to cut. It is only the text that I seem to be having problems with. Sting.eps Sting.eps
  2. Yes, the blade holder is in the back position. Fortunatly I have been able to use another plotter in the meantime, but would really like to get this one fixed. Every other part of the graphic looks fine, its just the letters are not cutting correctly.
  3. Yes, I double checked the wheels and they are in track. I also tried cutting text that was typed directly into Signcut and they had the same result. I tired adjusting the offset to 0.02 and 0.03 and had the same result. The rest of the graphic looks and cuts great, nice clean lines, but the font just looks like its not even the same font.
  4. I am importing the EPS file into Signcut. It looks very clean on the screen, but not when it cuts. My offset is set at 0.010
  5. I have a vector graphic that uses some block letters, however when it goes to print the words, all the letters look rounded and don't appear to be anything like the font that had been used in the artwork. Anyone have any ideas what could be causing this?
  6. I wouldn't be so quick to blame this on Vista. I am using Win XP and now have the same problem. Its somewhat random though, sometimes it finishes the weed box just fine and other times it does not.
  7. Marcel, I have sent you an e-mail.

    Presets?

I have also had this happen many times. Normally, I can turn off the machine then unplug the USB Cable from the machine and wait a min or so. Then Plug the USB cable back in, wait for it to register on your computer ( I hear a type of beep when the computer recognizes a new USB connection is active ) then turn on the machine. Once, I had to reboot the computer as well before it would go back to a normal setting.
  9. After the blade holder makes a cut, it stays low and continues to cut the vinyl wherever the carriage goes, which is causing it to cut through all the designs. Is there a way to correct this?
  10. I would have thought that as well, unfortunatly, it doesn't appear that my Print Server is even registering the usb connection from the Cutter.
  11. I like to keep my printers and cutters in different room than my computer. Is there a way I can connect the 721 Cutter using a wireless USB Print Server?
