Here are some trunks in which i just finished making. The material is a Stretch Pleather and I used the ThermoFlex Plus for the heat transfer material. 3 layers and VERY Pleased with the turn out. Im trying to find a way to make the thermoflex have more of a shine finish then a normal flat finish. Does anyone out there have any suggestions? Thanks, Josh at Wrestling Wear

Ok, Here is my first true 2 color t-shirt. I have recently had a little extra time to play with the cutter and finally found out how to really do a 2 color design. Keep in mind I have made a TON of cash just doing the 1 color stuff, but now the sky is the limit. Before I done a "2 color image" in which I used the same photo and cut 2 seperate colors. I would then go in and "positive" weed 1 color while doing the exact opposite to the other color. Once I would heat press them they would NEVER line up. This was due to the fact of the heat bonding the vinyl to the shirt causing it to shrik just enough to keep them from lineing up. I have learned my lesson. Look for more things to come next week. I hate to do this but my aunt called me today and is wanting me to make her a new shirt for her business. She has recently built her a shop and is running her own Hair Cutting and tanning Salon. I need a logo made for her shirts. I have provided the details needed. Company name: All Jakked Up Salon and Tanning Logo: Attached I was thinking of doing ALL JAKKED UP in a semi-circle around the woman and Salon and tanning straight wrote under it. My aunt mentioned something about maybe All Jakked Up ! with the ! being a comb with the dot under it. If anyone can help me out I would greatly appreciate it.

Here is a new item I made today. Wrestling just like anything else in the world keeps changing and updating in order to stay on top of the market. Therefore, I had someone ask me to create a pair of trunks with a unique look. I believe these trunks achieved exactly as the customer wanted. The faces were cut and pressed using Thermoflex Plus Gold. The gold trim is a stretch vinyl material, I believe the 2 matched very well. These arent anything major however I like the way they turned out. If you guys like the Samurai I can post the EPS, just let me know. Thanks, Wrestling Wear

I got bored today and decided to try out something new. I made a new logo for my wrestling wear company so I cut me a sticker for my desktop printer. The same logo is also on a new limited edition Wrestling-Wear T-shirt. Secondly, I found a company that offers solid white mouse pads for around a dollar each. (8"x9" pads) I ordered 10 of these just to play around with. Well, none the less I got a pretty decent logo together and made me a personal mouse pad for my system. I will be offering these to wrestlers who order gear from me and they can have their logo and website for a small fee. I am really impressed with how great the vinyl feels on these after pressing. You people are a little to picky on this topic. If you sale the merchandise to make money then there is a problem. However, you are allowed up to like 600.00 or more before it even becomes a problem. You really think that John Deere would get upset with a national tv star wearing a logo similar to their product on the most watched TV show in america? I mean come on, talk about advertisement.

I made these for a customer yesturday. Black with silver trim Deluxe Kick Pads. Custom logo on the front. This logo is his t-shirt logo and used on many other items for this individual. Let me know what you guys think. Used Metallic Silver ThermoFlex Plus for the design. Everything else is done by hand and a sewing machine.

Hello, A friend of mine at work is talking about having some t-shirts made for his taxidermy hobby. He has been doing alot of deer skulls and mountiing onto old farm house wood. I was wondering if anyone could come up with something nice. The name is Bigger Bucket Taxidermy. He was thinking of like a big metal bucket with the horns coming out of the top and the name BIGGER BUCKET around the top and Taxidermy on the bottom. I recently started an account with signwarehouse in order to order some blank license plates. I noticed they selll Heat App. Vinyl, after seeing the prices and colors it seems the HotMark is very similar to thermoflex plus. Has anyone used HotMark for shirts before? I know this is suppose to be a "show your work" thread but I wanted to show before and after. This is a preview of the starting stage of my go kart project. I purchased this body (made from fiberglass) and this is exactly the way I puchased it. This go kart is for my 7 year old nephew. We are "pimping his ride". He loves the fast n furious movies so I thought Id have fun and let him help me on a project. Plans- I will be spraying the entire body in black gloss finish. Adding some 2 color tribal flames to the sides along with some logos and maybe a name or two on it car. I know its an older body style car but we are going to try and update bring it up to date. Anyways, I will be starting on it tonight or tomorrow once the paint dries and I will have photos of the finished product coming up. Thanks, Wrestling Wear

Hello, I am starting to work on my first banner. It is a 2'x6' for a wrestler to use at the merchandise tables. I am putting his logo in the corner of the banner and its 21"x21". Now its basically impossiable for me to do this without getting air bubbles or seams in the vinyl. I know that Rapid Tac would be the best way to go but Im wondering if there is something I could make here at the house in order to apply this wet. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
