You'll have to tell us what cutter, what software etc... Typically, usb does not play well with cutters, either serial port or keyspan adapter is the way to go...
Let us know and good luck! Alan

I'd say either buy that one, or ask questions and research how to do it yourself.... What programs do you have? Inkscape is free...
Good Luck! Alan

Let's see, I airbrush for a career ( 22 years ) and got a plotter because of the prices I was paying for banners etc and since then, I've acquired a WF1100 with pigment ciss to do transfers and I also do screen printed shirts as well.
The button thing sounds interesting, we made those when I was in high school as a fundraiser.

Well that's a blinding flash of the extremely obvious....thanks for the tip. It didn't occur to me to try the sticking vellum on the application tape.
I will give it a try in a minute.
Thanks-Scott

I think missing the obivious is an airbrusher's trait! LOL Me and some of my artists are the same way! LOL
Keep us posted on the progress.
Happy Brushin'. Alan

Congrats and Welcome Chris! Lots of good people and good information here.It really depends on what part of the country you live in, you're best to find a local supplier (to save freight and convience), and/or find one at least close to your part of the country, because freight sometimes can be pricey depending on what it is.Good Luck! +1 on the serial and Thanks Skeeter!

And customers to pay for all of your new toys!

Could be... usb or serial? program? If the graphic is rather large and/or detailed could not be enough memory in cutter to cut it all.

Oh man, gotta check my local ones, looking for another one to do sublimation with...

If you get orders with more shirts ( if you go with a heat press ) then you can either sub out that work, buy screen printing equipment or pass onthe order.
You'll be in the same boat if you buy screen printing equipment and get an order for say, 5 shirts, because it will not be cost effective to make screens etc for just 5 shirts.
It gets to a point to where heat press vinyl is not cost effective when doing alot of shirts but yes, you could do that, and it would take longer.
Not sure what ink you're referring to... I thought we were discussing heat press vinyl vs screen printing? If you're referring to the screen printing ink, you need to research the process some more because you make your design on a mesh screen and a squeegee forces the ink through and you just add the ink when it gets low in the screen.
Good Luck! Alan

Have you googled the make/model and searched the results? I'm sure that information is readily available either on the Richoh site or dealers sites and if you google CIS systems and put in the make/model in the search, it will come up if it's available.
Good Luck! Alan

I use an Epson Workforce 1100 converted to a CIS system with pigment inks. They don't make the 1100 anymore but you may still be able to find one and they do have an equivalent now but I can't remember what model it is. And I use JPSS paper and does a nice job. Alan

Great Deal! Sublimation will work on the coasters and mouse pads. Enjoy your great find! Alan

Dragon, why not turn it around and make it Graphic Insights, sometimes changing the words around will make it more memorable.

Hmmmmmmm, you will have to be a bit of a detective to find this material listed on USCUTTER website!!!
Typing in "instabanner" produces no results with the search function, but looking around in Banner Material (rolls) you see a thing called GreenStar Two-Color.
There's a video there, showing how it works.

Lots of pretty color combinations!!!
Yes, it is hard to find on the website but if you google it, it comes right up! LOL Where's that webmaster? LOL

I always just use the tag of the shirt, if the shirt is placed correctly on the platen, the tag will be in the center.
I bought a tee square and have hardly used it.

It makes you think about all of the other costs you have, instead of just vinyl/app tape and time.
Great Find! Alan

Thanks for the info! I was curious as to how that would work... I'll give it a whirl! LOL Alan

I have a critical eye, first thing I noticed was "food". Otherwise it's great! Alan

True Dr, I can tell you from my airbrush bize that Harley and Disney are the 2 toughest on enforcing their logos and likenesses. Alan

Can you post a pic of it? That way maybe someone can recognize it by the pic and tell you what it is... Just a thought...
good Luck! Alan

Looks good, especially the painted portions, just one thing... is it me or does the "food" not follow the arc from great? And I'm assuming you hand striped the borders?
Other than "food", the rest of it looks great! Alan
I may stick to vinyl
