  1. Sorry, Can't share image is copyrighted.

For the three big windows and the door I charged $150 plus install.

Install took about 2 hrs. This was my first one.

I installed the three big windows dry and the door wet.

Wet took a lot longer than I thought to dry out. Just used water,

will have to add some alcohol next time to speed it up.

Had to be real careful to remove mask as it wanted to pull up

all of the vinyl, so then I had to wait some more and try again.

All in all went pretty smooth with the dry, I think I'' stick to it

    for now.

  2. The details of the pinup would cause the vinyl to start coming up. Tried all kinds of settings

with better results, but not good enough. I needed the eyes to look good.

Using the refine mh721. I think it was a combination of the vinyl and the cutter.

Same vinyl on the summa worked a lot better, but still wanted to come up.

Ended up cutting her seperately from the letters and worked perfectly.

  3. Decals were done for a basketball travel team.

20 pieces, first two-color...Not as easy as I thought

it would be. Wasted 3 doing the 20.

By the way, what would some of you charge for this?

  4. So I got a 4 window store front job and here is what I ended up with.

Could not get the door decal to cut worth anything, so I ended up

having to cut it on a summa cutter.

Let me know what you think of this first timer.

The little one in the pic is my little helper...loves to help Dad!!

  5. I finally got it to work, but it still freezes after cutting.

I am also trying to cut some thermoflex and it puddles up a lot

when the blade is trying to cut. Anyone have any work arounds for this.

I just tried to cut on a friends summa cutter and had absolutely no problems.

Hope I can figure this out.

    thanks for the help

  6. You could try and reheat to remove, have been able to only once before and was quickly after pressing

or you could go to your supply shop and get a spot removing gun. Has some solution in it and sprays at

high pressure, make sure to adjust so you don't blow a hole in the shirt. Spray from the back side and it

should loosen the adhesive enough to get off.

    No guarantees though.

  7. Those are some good ideas, I am waiting to hear back from the client on

what it is he actually wants, rather than trying to figure it out.

I appreciate the help and will show you the final product once it is done

    any more ideas are welcomed.

    Thanks

  8. Mens traveling team, No established colors or at least willing to change.

Been doing it for about 15 years. Just doesn't want the typical.

Started out as friends and turned into a traveling team, most of the

older guys are getting too old and so they are building it up with some

    younger players.

    Thanks

  9. I have a client that travels on a basketball team.

Team Name is Down Low. They want graphics for the

vehicles and possibly jerseys. Something original.

I am at a loss for any ideas, anyone willing to help out?

    Thanks
