    I am experiencing difficulties with my cutter and need some help.

    I need 2 pieces of vinyl cut. Simple Text ready to cut.

    #1- Green vinyl approximately 30" tall x 64" wide

    #2- Black vinyl approximately 3.75" tall x 34" wide

    This will be going onto a interior office wall and I would prefer the matte vinyl.

    It will also need to be shipped to So. California, San Dimas to be exact.

    My suggestion is that you have too much duplication. You don't need the same info on the front and the back.

    Website would be the only thing to duplicate.

    Mached this up in a couple minutes before going to bed, but keep working it until it's perfect, then you will have

    people asking you to do theirs as well. I have gone through about 3 designs in 1 year and each time I change it

    because I don't like something, but then people get to see more of my creativity and want me to work on their

    cards as well.

    you are on the right track and I like the logo design...it's cool.

    A 5.4 is not huge on the scale. I too live in So Cal and was actually printing shirts at the time.

    One of the people who help me out, freaked out, so we walked outside to check things out....

    Forgot to move the flash dryer and ended up toasting not only a shirt, but my rubber top to the platen

    as well.

    That was the only damage I suffered.

    Inital jolt was a little exciting, then it was just rolling for us.

    Do you have any tips on painting and decal applications.

    I am making a set for my uncle who owns a fireplace and barbecue

    shop. Hoping to sell them there. Just want to make sure they are

    top notch.

    Yes, they screen print onto a transfer sheet in mirror image.

    They add a sprinkle of release powder and you het press them

    onto the shirts. The only problem is that it is sometimes hard

    to get them straight, becuase unlike vinyl transfers, the paper is

    not clear.

    How many shirts, color, and locations are you looking at?

    I do it the same as you would the vinyl.

    registration marks.

    Some people will do butt registration and others will do what is called a trap.

    When butt registering, sometimes you can see the garment peaking through where

    the colors are just off. In order to minimize this, you can trap or choke an object.

    Basically if you add a small outline to the top printed color, then it will be just large

    enough to cover the other colors, but not enough to cause muddy colors.
