I cannot seem to get my SBE to cut .bmp files. It keeps giving the message that the BMP files will be ignored. Am I missing something here? Any Fix? Thanks! Andy

That is the truth! I got mine last October, and just did my first paying job August 8th. I should have stayed with it instead of looking and wasting material and frustration. So I stopped. Then I found very helpful info on this sight and great people to help get us through the rough spots. Hang in there don't let a few bumps in the road get in the way like I did. AW -
oh i remember those times Ruben Barrios (actually ment him once) and being a gringo he was very gracious to my folks and I. He also said it was not the folks like us (those that where trying to learn the lang/culture) that was the problem it was more of the better-than-you types. I really miss the food from there, Cannot find a really good carne quisada recipe anywhere! I hope to return next year with my wife for our anniversary she has never been there.

Current - Fletcher, Ohio - You can't get here from there! Born in Dayton Ohio then to Indian Harbor Beach Florida then to Hato Rey Puerto Rico - [move](Puerto Rico me encanta!)[/move] Then to Piqua Ohio - (Terrible culture shock set in after living on the Isla 7 years!)

I have noticed when i setup workspace all is well. I layout the item for cutting and take note of the length / width send the job to the cutter the length / width change (usually bigger than) I am looking for. Also I have noticed that even within the boundries of my work space the item is not completely drawn and some of the letters are missing and the inside of letters for instance 'b' and 'e' are not cut out. I have slowed the cutter speed down to 30 and made sure both com items are set exactly the same as well Thanks - Andy Wright

Weeding is turned on and letters are inside the boundry and do show up in the cutter window. There was no conversion just straight text only nothing else

After reading the manuel for my new p-cut 630e I am still dazed and confused! my two problems are one related to the machine and one is for the software (i will post it where it belongs!) the manual shows a cap on the blade holder and all I have is like a metal bar comming out of the holder no cap. I really do not think I am crazy but I can't tell where to start the vinyl alignment. because when the software shows me the item to cut it lines up on what i think to be the control panel side. as looking at teh cutter head on it is on the right side. I thought it would be on the left side. One more while I am at it. (sorry long winded) The machine says it will only do 34 inch vinyl so my question is why is the carrage so large? 28 inches? This is my first crack at this so pardon my ignorance. Please. attached is the picture of the blade holder from the manaul Thanks so much in advance andy wright bladeholder.doc bladeholder.doc
