I got this wolf image and I need it cuttable. Its a common image that I have seen around but I can't find anything big enough to work with. Does anyone have this? This is the biggest file I could find.

Good lookin work. I have been getting into sandblasting more and more. Its taking over my vinyl biz. Couldn't do it with out my USCutter.

Dollar stores are the best place I have found for that stuff.

Has anyone tried putting decals on diamondplate. I figured that cast (I think) would be needed, but I was wondering about the many many bumps and such just being a major problem.

I am holding out due to cutter issues. That is the only thing holding me back. I will keep all this in mind when I get with these guys again. Which will be soon as I need arrows. I never thought of doing the product decals as well.

Finally found it. I knew I had something. This is just the sticks. lacross.eps lacross.eps

Are you providing these to sell at the shop? My bow shop has been wanting me to fill their shelfs with decals, but I have been holding out. I had thought about the manufacturer logos but figured their might be a little infringement on that.

hmm, is that how its supposed to be?

Used my Pcut on this one. Just a big rock for the kids to give to their Grandma for mother's day. No I did not cut the rock with the PCut. The PCut cut the rubber resist and I used a sandblaster to cut the rock.

Refer to page 2 on this topic and you will see my set up. It is mainly all stuff from Harbor Freight with a few mods.

Sounds like fun. I wish I could play but my cutter would destroy anything that detailed. Can I have someone else make the actual cut, I just do all the weeding? -
Fine I will sell you my PCut. This one time deal of $1199 and its yours. I will settle for whatever I can get for that.
-
That is a great idea and would save a lot of time when help is needed.

Here is my set-up. It's pretty much all Harbor Freight. The booth and pressure pot totaled around $150 (on sale). The booth is built for siphon style so it was adapted for use with a pressure pot. The foot control and nozzle cost around $10 total with hose. The media separator was just pieces from around the garage. I don't recommend using a shop vac for a dust vac. You end up blowing more dust over the shop then anything else even with a new filter every time. The compressor is the major piece. This one is to small for stone work. Its fine for glass because the pressures are less, but with the higher pressure with stone the compressor is running at all times. I ended up wearing ear muffs for this stone from the compressor running contently. Here's the rig.

It seemed like it took forever but probably a solid 15-20 minutes non stop. I cranked the pressure up to around 55 psi. This is using a pressure pot. If your using a suction type blaster then the pressure would need to be a lot higher. For the media I was using 70 grit aluminum oxide. I probably went threw 25 lbs of it during that 15-20 minutes.

For the most part it is around 1/8" deep. There are a couple spots that got deeper on accident. I would have liked to get deeper the the mask was coming loose and my back was killing me.
-
Its just your normal "canyon" "river" "creek" rock. I picked it up at the hardware store in the landscaping area.
-
Its around 12" wide. Thanks Everyone. My mother-in-law already has it and she wants a dozen more to put in a garage sale. I guess I am going to be busy.
-
I was going to but the mask started lifting in a few spots so I just left it the way it is.

That looks great. Those small letters can be a pain sometimes. Looks like your new machine is working very well. BTW. That is him holding that decal. I have seen him wearing that shirt all the time. I think has a few of them as many times as he wears it.

Holy Crap Terry. I hope you took that jackazz to court. I would have sued it for cruelty to animals.

Well, glad you finally made it. Sounds like everything is well on its way. If you have any problems, you know my number. Good Luck.
