    Sign Blazer worked fine now nothing

    Got the cutter (Refine 721) 5 days ago. I have cut a number of pieces but occasionally SignBlazer would freeze and I would have to reboot as other have. Now that won't do anything. I have unplugged and plugged the connections, download a file I found on this forum and still nothing. When I click on cut it seems to do something and then suddenly a blank screen. Hard to make money with a cutter that won't work. Please help.
