I downloaded new clipart and cannot figur out how to use it in signblazer. This may be silly but I am new to this program. Any help is appreciated!

I need help! I just got my cutter yesterday and cannot load the driver. I get a message saying the disk has not been digitally signed therefore will not load. The cutter seems fine but will not communicate with my pc. I have signblazer but it cannot find the cutter since I cannot load a driver.
