Heat gun....get one.....I have rivet brush, or did I throw it in the trash? When applying as stated above just squegee up to the rivets, then apply heat (small amount from 15-18" away) keep moving the heat around the rivet area to avoid damage of the vinyl, (only takes a few seconds of heat per rivet) then I finish off with the squegee going around and on top of the rivets. I'm having alot of others doing race cars asking me how I make the vinyl go around the rivets so well.... Hope this helps, Nut

multi colors requires multi emultion screens. They will have registration marks to line them up so they will fit right and then the registration marks are taken off before burning the image in the screen.

Just vectorize the image and cut it...that simple.... Download the manual and read it 3 times. Nut

To answer the other question about cutting force,.....most everything I cut is 70-90g. However just set your vinyl up in the machine and hit the test button, until you get the depth you want, to adjust downforce just arrow left and right. Don't forget to reset the origin before cutting the design. Nut -

Make sure you are setting the origin when starting a new cut. Next before you cut, make sure your complete design is in the cutting area you layed out. Now go to setup in the cut screen and make sure you set the width and length of vinyl, (so you don't cut off the other end, don't ask how I know ) Hope this helps, Nut -

In Elements, I understand layering with the outline button. Question is how do I layer 3-4 different colors? The only way I know is to do the outline send to cut then go back and do outline again, just adjust the size for the next color and send to cut, because outline is always black. Is there a better way to do this in Elemants? Thanks, Ryan
