  1. I use coreldraw also and have noticed that when you design in corel then open it in flexi that somehow there are extra elements produced. What I ended up doing is selecting the elements 1 by 1 and deleting them to see if there is a duplicate under the original.

  2. If it was me I would screen print the design and use vinyl for the numbers. If you do you are going to want to use an low bleed ink specifically for poly to keep the bleeding down. The worst colors that bleed are the blues and reds. If you have more than one color and want to keep cost down then use the poly ink for an underbase and then do the rest with regular ink. Another option would be screen printed transfers, make sure you tell them that they are for poly.

  3. Hi Donnie,

What you are looking for are the rulers that run along the top and the left of the drawing window. Go to the view menu and select rulers. by going to the top of the screen and left clicking and dragging the mouse you can get a reference line to set wherever you want (also works the same with the left side of the window. Next if you click and drag the upper left corner of the window you can set the 0 point anywhere in the drawing area. hope this helps.  :(

  4. Hi all, Just getting into vinyl cutting I am adding it to the screen printing that I currently do. Located in Grass Lake Mi. Purchased a seiki 540t cutter. So far it has done an excellent job.

  5. You might also want to try One Stop in Grand Rapids Mi. They are a little closer to your location. I use them primarily for ink and Squeegees. the hardest part in screen printing is the artwork. if you don't get that right the rest is not going to go well. After you have the ink on the shirt you still need to dry it. Start simple and work your way up. I'm getting the supplies next month to start 4 color process prints. The one thing that I would have done different is I would have gotten at least a 6 color 4 station press instead of the 4 color that I have now.
