The head moves to the rollers correctly, however this error code appears E05004 - tell me to rest the rollers - i do this correctly but i still get this error messager

I'm using Cutting Master 4 od a Graphtec 7000 -- Using the Cutting Master 4 in Illustrator cloud. The image layer isn't visible. i can create cut line but file isn't there to print (printed labels in this case). In the Youtube tutorials i can see the item to be printed Any on experience this?
