I would just like to say for all the people who whine and say they would never buy one of the "over seas" cutters and decide to spend 1thousands of $$s on the other names........ I bought my MH721 in june of 2007 and it paid for itself on the 1st job and now here we are ion 2010 and I am still running that same machine 5 days a week and most weekends and it has not let me down once all I have had to do is buy blades,, I would buy another one in a heartbeat,,

I had a guy do stop payment thing to me, and when I checked he did not have the funds in the bank anyway, I simply gave him the choice to pay within 5 days or I would turn it over to the sherrif, it is illegal and considered fraud if the person says nothing about the work and writes the check and stops it and than add on the fact the money was not there to cover the check anyway, that makes it fraud the guy who did it to me found the money somewhere and rushed it too me..

I voted Refine because of the service Ken was giving me on a used I bought from sombody else, Ken spent alot of time with me trying to figure out whay it didnt work, I finally gave up and decided to buy a new one ASAP, It showed up at my door, I put it together and the next day I took the 1st job with it and made all my money back that I spent on the new MH721 after since than everyday it runs and it sounds just like money ,CHA-CHING CHA-CHING let the cash ring Thank You Refine! and Ken a USCUTTER I had mine hooked up paralell and it ran good but big long jobs were tough, a few weeks ago I switchd it to the USB to USB and that bad boy will run a long job with no problem

I bought from them because Ken took his time and tried to help me on a cuter I had bought used but I cvould not get to work for me, the fact that Ken took time to help me with a machine I did not even buy from them and when we could not get this machine to work, I called the guy I bouight it from and ordered a new one from Ken and even at time I was a pain in Kens butt he continued to assist me Thanks Ken

MY Brand new week old 721 doe the samething, I am using the parallel cord, (USB did not want to work for me) my 721 works great but when I do a big graphic or sign it stops halfway through or so, I have screwed up a bunch of vinyl with this problem, the machine is working great except for that deal, anybody got any answers for me on this?

Wwell I got my new 721 I put it together, hooked it up, installed the sign blazer software I asked for with it, typed in a few words, loaded some vinyl in the 721 hit the cut button and nothing, did a little searching to make sure everything was hooked up right, it looked like everything was good to go, decided to pull the usb cord off and go with parallel hook up, did that, hit the cut button it cut like a dream, i was super impressed, im making money with it today as we speak. That was pretty much how easy it went, of course setting the knife blade and all that little stuff had to be done, but it was no big deal. I would like to than Ken Eimes at USCUTTER for all the help, the team at USCUTTER has my full support Thanks Ken

i believe it is just for the usb to serial port driver

it did not show in sign cut, but i down loaded signcut2 and it showed up, but still does not work, but now when i hit cut, the box opens showing the cutter is uploading, but it shows no progress, i did not even get that before in the sign cut1, i am hooked up with the z-tek usb adapter deal, which can be hooked into the lpt port or the com port or the usb port, the disc that came with it loads a prolific driver, i read a few things on the net and they said the prolific one is a problem one, i am just wondering if i should get a parralel or serial cord if that would end the problem i hope spombady can point me in the right direction

the 1101 does not come up in signcut, only the 721 does, is this why my 1101 will not work, i am using the usb adapter cord, test works on cutter but it wil not run from computer, i think i have tried everything, any ideas??? DAN

i have been searching the net on reviews of the refine brand, is it a good quality machine or not, a guy i know is selling it, i know he never used it, he said he paid about $1200 i said i would give him$550 am i getting a deal and is this machine a good brand to start with?
