Our Flexi Design package (Enroute complete as well) refuses to automatically register and activate its license while behind a proxy server. Not just my proxy server at work, any proxy server I put it behind. The issue appears to be the Felix design is not proxy aware, and does not automatically query for the proxy server when it attempts to register / verify the license. Anything I do to manually set the proxy server and it works fine. Unfortunately, in our environment, automatic proxy detection is the only option.
Would any one have any suggestions?
Yes, I have tried all of the steps listed by SAI.
Port 443 is open.
window.saicloud.com, api.saicloud.com, and api.artifylabs.com are white listed
Local machine firewall is disabled
Antivirus shows no blocking on the three servers or the applciation
