letters not cutting out properly using pixmax cutter and signcut pro. The shape seems off and sometimes the cut does not close. Been setting blade, offset and overcut for 3 days now. Used up a gazillion sheets of vinyl. \uninstalled software and reinstall

HI Everyone! I am going mad I think. Anyone with any fresh ideas for me to try please....letters not cutting out properly using pixmax cutter and signcut pro. The shape seems off and sometimes the cut does not close. Been setting blade, offset and overcut for 3 days now. Used up a gazillion sheets of vinyl. Uninstalled software and reinstalled software.
