** Solved ** I went back into Vinyl Cutter and made the design in there and the cutting path issues were fixed. Thanks!

Im trying to improve the following cutting path. Currently it cuts out each individual square instead of making a large square and cutting longer horizontal and vertical lines. Anyone have any clues on how I can fix this?
Also my Plotter has started doing this thing where the vinyl feeds back into the spool after each finished cut instead of leaving it out. This is a pain as I have to manually feed it back out before I can cut it. any help on either of these would be appreciated.
