I have a ce5000-60 and robo. I have the robo connected into corel, but not the 24". I have all the drivers downloaded, robo master. What am i missing? I have a festival to be at this thursday. I need to get this going today. Thanks

ok i just noticed something. the cutting master 2 i have says its for the robo. do i need a different cutting master 2 for the 24"? That was the issue. I downloaded another cutting master 2. and it works. yay.

Heres a few questions about the Rub 'n Buff. Who has put it onto etched daily use glasses? How is it after a few washes in the dishwasher? Should I tell my customers it's only hand wash safe? How do you apply it to the glass? Anyone try this onto plastic bottles yet? I just did a quick sample and applied it with my finger. After it was time to buff it out, I noticed that you can see finger print. Any tips on how to use this stuff and make my glass item really pop? Thanks!
