Signs & More

I have used Roland camm 1 for 22 years. I have never had a problem with my cutting carriage. So when I cut the machine on its like it is stuck. It will not move. It actually squeals a little bit. The arrow buttons do not respond and the setup light never blinks or anything. I took top cover off and I have no idea what to look for . Could someone give me some ideas as to what it might be????
