total noob too full color decals/slaps

Hi, ive been using a plotter for roughly 7 months and have gotten quite good at using inkscape, gimp and Vinyl master to edit and cut simple 1-3 layer vinyl+HTV. some examples of my work below. Im looking to get into making Full colored anime decals and slaps for my car. what type of printer do i need? what type of paper/vinyl and do i need laminate? is it better to use eco Solvent ink for stickers that would be exposed to rain//snow/sunshine? edit: this is mainly ffor personal use and making stickers for friends and family. i don't plan on making this a business, mostly doing this as a hobby.

Help, Color Theory HTV glue overflow

thx alot~seems like if i wanna do multi laer work, i'd need a heat press, vs a single color and layer, Thanks again!
  3. Hi so im new to HTV and had some great success in the past using Siser and Circuit HTV, im trying out Color Theory this time around and have run into an issue where layered pieces are overflowing with glue. i am using a house hold clothes iron and wondering if i used to much pressure or is it the htv itself?

Help best waay to apply laarge vinyl

First off, sorry if this is in the wrong category, move if needed. I just cut a 23" wide 34"high vinyl piece and was wondering if dry application or wet would be better. below is a smaller sample cut of the bigger one. this will be going a window outside a store front
