I purchased a Copam 2500 several months ago and didn't have internet connection to register my software (sc-x2). Now I can't find my license information. I am in a crunch to produce two signs and the cutter seems to have a mind of it's own. My first attempt started fine and then the cutter started cutting diagonal lines through the previous work. I figure that the knife might be extending too far, so I adjusted. The last attempt, it started ok, but then cut the second character over the first and rolled the vinyl out the back (like it had lost its positioning) :-
