    Yes, it appears the keypad is the problem. Odd that the reset button will work though. Taking off the top cover looks a bit tricky? Have you done this before Slice&Dice?

    My carrier will not move with the arrow controls. The reset button will bring the carrier back to the home position but the select and enter buttons do not work. Carrier will not move, and can not reset the spped and pressure. Help!
