replace cushion strip

Is there a secret on how to install a replacement cushion strip on the 630?

I think it only goes on one way, and snaps in to place. Have you removed the old one yet?

yes and when I try to snap it in I have "bumps" it does sit flat in all places

I have had that happen to me, so I had to use a little more pressure in those areas to get it to snap in to place.

Just takes a bit of work, I need to order a new one myself. Ive taken mine out a couple times for cleaning, Just put a little more pressure down and yo should be good to go.
