Laser Cutter Shipping

How long does it normally take for the cutters to be shipped.  I won/paid for my Laser cutter on the third and still no change in the status on the channeladvisor screen.  It says submitted 10/3 and payment processed 10/3.  But noting listed in the order shipped.  Just wondering how long it takes.  I bought one off the USCutter site and it shipped fast just wondering if everyone experienced the same problem.  Ken has been great answering my questions.  So I'm not sure whats happening.  I saw that some people have purchased the same laser cutter more than a week after me and have received theirs already.  :-

Thanks Jay, I did PM Ken he has been good in answering my questions.  I just wanted to know if the ebay purchases take longer than normal.  I think 10/3 shipments should have been sent out.  The other cutter purchased directly arrived no problem.

Depends on payment method, and we have also had problems with our order system importing orders from eBay, so it could be either. We are checking out a new order system as well.

Hi Ken,

Yes, I did pay by paypal and it was processed but maybe there is a problem between channeladvisor site and paypal site not confirming.  I did get the message from the channeladvisor site on 10/3 but since then no activity.  I just wanted to make sure it's in your system now.

I have someone checking on it, sorry for any delays. I assume it is an issue with Channel Advisor as well.

have you got a tracking # yet ? 17 days after you purchased thats to long what state are you in?

I'm in CA, so hopefully I'll get the tracking number soon.  Ken has been great answering my questions.  It just looks like some of the Ebay orders have taken longer than normal I was just asking if this was normal vs the direct ordering which I got within a week.

Yep verified paypal receipt and channeladvisor processed.  Hope I don't get a Laser that's DOA have read a couple people receiving those, that would suck especially with the delay, I'll cross my fingers.  The pcut we recieved works no problem.

Update:

Customers order imported from eBay to our order system as approved. Normally, they import as not approved, then we verify payment, and manually approve it. Seems to have happened with a few orders, so they were overlooked. Rod's is shipping out today now that we found the glitch.

Yes, Ken got back to me and it looks like their system messed up.  But he stayed ontop of it and fond out the problem pretty fast.  Now all I need is the shipping confirmation and tracking info.    Thanks Ken

Did not want to leave anyone hanging just incase they were watching this thread.  Ken and company followed thru and they did send out the cutter which I got it on Friday.  Now I just have to unbox it which I will do today and hopefully everything will be Ok.  So if anyone has any shipping problems just Ken and a group to research the problem.  Thanks again Ken.
