When I send my tile to cutter screen image reduces in size from 13" to .20??

Hello,

I have signblazer software, and when I send my tile which is expanded to 8"x11" to the cutter window it is reduced to .20"x.20"  what is going on. I have reviewed my settings, and just can not get a grip on this. Thank you for any help.

A blue patch appears in the lower rear corner in the cutter window. No picture. Thanks for any help.

how many colors show up in the panel on the left of the screen? Can you get a screenshot of the cutter window? (select inside the window and Alt + Print Screen. Then paste into a new Paint file)

Also is the design totally in the workspace on design screen. Also have you got selected only selected on the cutting screen, and nothing selected on the design page
