Apexdesigns 0 Posted June 2, 2007 Hope someone can help, I have a MH1101 model US Cutter plotter and the cartrage head stoped moving a few days ago. It turns on, will roll the vynil through lowers and raises the blade, the arm just does not move. I checked all the conections nothing seems to be loose. I took the sides and top off to see if I could see a loose or broken wire (none). I checked the belts nothing is broken, burned or loose. I thought it might be the motor so I ordered a new on Hopeing it would fix it. The motor cam today (othing ;D) I dont know what I should do next I don't want to keep gusing and buying parts, but I need to get this fixed (hoping it can be fixed). I have only had the plotter for about 4 months and just started reallying using it on a day to day deal the past month. Please if anyon has any help or ideas. rrc62 0 Posted June 5, 2007 If it's not the motor, it's probably a hardware driver problem. I haven't had on apart, but there is probably a circuit board in there. If you're sure it's a plotter issue, it has to be that or the motor. Ross
kenimes 42 Posted June 5, 2007 In my experience, the motherboard would be the culprit before the motor.
