Alternative to Oracal 8300?

First I purchased a sample of a transparent vinyl from ebay.  It did what I wanted, but I want to now purchase entire rolls.

 

Looking at the oracal chart, I thought that their 8300 would work.

 

Not as good, it is "cloudier" than the sample off of ebay.

 

Does anyone have experience of vinyl's that are less cloudy than the 8300?
