On that page toward the top right there will be a blinking yellow and red arrow, click on that. A new window will open and then click on the box (red with arrow) to the right and download as a zip file. Then just unzip. Its super ez even if you can't read Chinese, what I do is go to a language translator online and type in whatever I want, say "flame vector" it translate to Chinese then go to google.cn << for China google, and BAM! hundreds of new vectors!
