datoshway 0 Posted September 22, 2010 I have a 50" cutter, have had it for a few years now. Satisfied with it for the price. But i'm having issues with the cutter randomly not finishing cuts mostly on larger stickers, and on multi color jobs when using X marks for alignment, i'm getting inconsistent placement, even though they originated from the same file. I'd say about 50% of the time it's perfect, the other 50% is alot of variation of alignment etc. Any ideas on how I can correct this? Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
kenimes 42 Posted October 27, 2010 Make sure there is no play in the feed rollers perhaps? Each feed rollers has a few screws to tighten on each end, if they were to get loose. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
Pakwood 0 Posted November 6, 2010 i have a Mh1351 refine, i think it the same as Pcut 50" anda have the same problem, The not finishing cut i resolved with the program FlexiSign 8.1 Pro version, it works with the Overcut, you can selected how much inches you want the plotter to pass again.
